Please Read our Delivery T's & Cs for information on our deliveries.

Deliveries on our own van are available for the following postcodes: 

PO7, PO8, PO9, PO10. (more coming soon)

 Simply select local delivery at checkout. 

Deliveries in our own van will be packed in boxes with woolcool insulation. This will keep your order frozen for 24-48 hours. Our driver will be happy to collect any clean, undamaged woolcool strips from previous orders. 

 At checkout you can choose a delivery day. Currently we offer deliveries in our own van on Wednesday and Fridays. 

 Cut off for next day delivery is 12 noon.

Our van driver will be happy to place your order in a freezer in an outbuilding or garage if you are out. There must be unobstructed access and clear instructions given when placing your order.

While we will do our absolute best to maintain this schedule, there may be occasions when it is not possible. If there is a delay, we will always communicate in advance to anyone who has placed orders.

On occasions due to stock availability we may need to substitute items. Unless it is a like for like substitute, we will always communicate in advance.   

Delivery Rates

 We are offering a discounted introductory rate for local deliveries. The discounted charge will be automatically applied at checkout.
