8KG MINIMUM FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS. To ensure your goods remain frozen in transit, we require an order of at least 8KG for frozen products. Ambient products, like treats or supplements can be added to this. 

NO MINIMUM ORDER FOR AMBIENT GOODS. For ambient goods like treats or supplements, there is no minimum order, you can order a single item if you so wish.

ALL FROZEN GOODS ARE PERISHABLE.  COURIERS WILL LEAVE YOUR PARCEL AS THE CONTENTS NEED TO GO IN THE FREEZER IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL. DO NOT CHANGE THE DELIVERY DAY.

 All orders are packed with woolcool insulation. Woolcool is an excellent insulator: keeping products frozen for 48-72 hours, as well as being environmentally friendly. 

We are closed Sunday and Monday. All orders placed before 12 noon Tuesday -Thursday (Excludes bank holidays) will be despatched the same day for next day delivery *24hr Postcodes only.
